Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team in Ontario. As an RPN with Health Med Village, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in various healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
– Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
– Monitor and assess patients’ health status.
– Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
– Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
– Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
– Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications
– Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
– Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
– Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
– Previous experience in hospitals, acute care, long-term care is an asset.
